Mr. Bablove is a versatile and ambitious young attorney with a passion for alternative dispute resolution, legal justice, and any outdoor activity. While in law school, Mr. Bablove worked at Q&A as a law clerk, and also participated in numerous clinics where he was able to gain valuable experience working directly with clients. In the AMVETS Clinic, Chapman University School of Law’s Military Clinic, Mr. Bablove single handedly drafted a TSGLI appeal for his client, a traumatically injured Iraq War Veteran, and was able to recover an additional $25,000 for the US ARMY Paratrooper and his family. That rewarding experience led Mr. Bablove to participate in more clinics, his favorite being Chapman’s Mediation Clinic headed by Professor David Dowling. Professor Dowling mentored Mr. Bablove into an exceptional and well respected mediator. He has handled more than 100 cases in Orange and Riverside County courts and has been commended by local Judges for drastically reducing their case loads. Mr. Bablove developed an uncanny ability to connect with all litigants participating in mediation, and has a settlement success rate of more than 80%. He has successfully settled numerous cases including contract disputes, landlord tenant claims, unlawful detainer actions, personal injury claims, and civil harassment/restraining order cases. Mr Bablove hopes to one day return to his passion and mediate for a living.
